All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and tracking information will be provided once available.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to high order volume.

  • 🏕 Tents: FREE standard shipping within the United States
  • 📦 All Other Items: Standard shipping rates apply (calculated at checkout or shown before purchase)

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


⚠️ Shipping Delays

Glampfires & Littles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Other events outside of our control

📦 Large Item Shipping Notice

Due to the size and nature of our products, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages or require additional handling time.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Glampfires & Littles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

📦 Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our policies.
